Project level

We offer the following service packages...

The price of the service primarily depends on the square footage of the space (basic unit price = 25 €/m2), but also on the complexity of the project task, the need to go out to the field for the purpose of measurement, the need to create schemes and plans for the execution of works, list of equipment, etc. Depending on the desired parameters, the price list is negotiable.

CONCEPTUAL SOLUTION

Based on consultation with the client, submitted blueprints and photos that evoke the desired style, we create a CONCEPTUAL SOLUTION that contains:

2D floor plan of the existing state,,
2D conceptual floor plan solution (max. 2-3 variants),
Description of the designed solution,
Moodboards,
3D renders of floor plan and rooms.

25 €/m2 - space over 100 m2

30 €/m2 - space 50 - 100 m2

35 €/m2 - space up to 50 m2

EXECUTION PROJECT

As an upgrade to the conceptual solution, we create a more detailed EXECUTION PROJECT, which contains:

2D floor plan of the existing state,,
2D conceptual floor plan solution (max. 2-3 variants),
Description of the designed solution,
Moodboards,
3D renders of floor plan and rooms,
List of selected materials and equipment with cost list,
Schemes and plans (for the demolition and construction of new walls, arrangement of lighting, water & electricity, carpentry etc.).

35 €/m2 - space over 100 m2

40 €/m2 - space 50 - 100 m2

45 €/m2 - space up to 50 m2

NOTE: this document does not contain a complete cost estimate for the performance of the works, as well as installation projects made by Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. architect et al.

3D ANIMATION

The price of creating a 3D animation (360° panorama or virtual walk) varies depending on the complexity of the project task and is determined by agreement.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Going to the field (with measurement) - €50

The price is valid for going out up to 20 km from Split. For the rest of Croatia, we charge additional travel expenses based on actual costs (tolls, fuel costs, ferry transportation, etc.).

Consultations - included in the package price

We do not offer the service of creating a complete cost estimate for the execution of the project, as well as supervision and coordination of works on the construction site, however, we offer consultations to resolve doubts and problems in the project implementation phase.

Consultations without a package - €50/h

The consulting design service includes consulting on the selection of colors, stylistic upgrades, necessary furniture and equipment, etc., and does not include the creation of floor plans, 3D visuals, drawings and schemes.
