We do not offer the service of creating a complete cost estimate for the execution of the project, as well as supervision and coordination of works on the construction site, however, we offer consultations to resolve doubts and problems in the project implementation phase.
PROCESS
The first step in the process of arranging the space is its PLANNING. From communication with the client and insight into existing plans or, if necessary, going out to the field for the purpose of measurement, we gain insight into the existing condition of the space, according to which together, and according to your wishes, we create a 2D floor plan of the existing state and conceptual solution with a clearly defined organization of rooms and furniture arrangement. Only after accepting the floor plan solution, we start the design process.
Based on the agreed 2D floor plan solution, we start the DESIGN process. In order for this creative part of the project to be a reflection of your wishes, we base the design on several submitted photos (Pinterest or similar) that you will use to convey the desired style of decoration. After determining the desired style, 3D modeling follows, in which, in addition to the precise dimensions of the spatial layout, the details of colors and textures of materials, as well as the appearance of future equipment and furniture, are presented.
As the final design product, we will create a CONCEPTUAL SOLUTION that includes a 2D floor plan of the existing state, 2-3 variants of the conceptual floor plan solution with furniture layout, a description of the designed solution, mood boards and a 3D rendering of the floor plan and rooms.
3D visualization is basically a presentation of a design solution and idea behind it, which gives life to any project. From the visuals, it is easy to discern which materials, furniture and colors are used, and how what is imagined works in the space.

If necessary, we also create an EXECUTION PROJECT, which in addition to the conceptual solution contains a "shopping list", i.e. a list of selected equipment and materials (ceramics, sanitary ware, floor and wall coverings, lighting, furniture, textiles etc.) with a cost list, as well as schemes and plans for the execution of works, including projects for:

demolition and construction of new walls,

manufacture of custom-made furniture,
-
arrangement of lighting fixtures,

electricity layout,
-
water layout.
Please note that the service does not include: architectural project, statics project, conservation project, electrical project, mechanical project, occupational safety project, fire protection project, geomechanical project and other necessary projects prescribed by a special law.
